Dry vacuum
A high-suction pass over every surface and seam lifts loose dust and skin flakes before anything gets wet.
Shampoo and soft scrub
A child-safe, pet-safe shampoo is worked in gently to loosen sweat, oil and stains.
Deep extraction
The wand flushes the fabric and sucks the dirty water straight back out, with the mites and their waste in it.
Clear-water rinse
A second pass with plain water, so no shampoo is left in the bed you sleep in.
Dry extraction
A slow pass that pulls out most of the moisture, so the mattress dries in hours, not days.
Hospital-grade sanitiser
A light mist at the end leaves a protective film that may last up to 30 days on the surface.
Before we arrive
- Strip the bed, protector included.
- Clear a little space around the bed.
- Show us a power point and a water tap nearby.
- Keep pets out of the room while we work.
- Had accidents on the mattress? Tell us when you book, so we plan time for an extra pass.
Switch on a fan or the aircon after we leave. A thin mattress is often dry in a few hours.

Mattress cleaning questions
At Upward it is S$80 for a single, S$85 for a super single, S$90 for a double, S$100 for a queen and S$110 for a king. A cot mattress is S$65. The price is fixed and the same for HDB flats, condos and landed homes anywhere in Singapore.
Yes. The last extraction pass takes out most of the water, and with a fan or the aircon on the mattress is usually dry in a few hours. A morning or early afternoon slot means the bed is ready by bedtime.
Extraction pulls the mites, their waste and the skin flakes they feed on out of the upper layers, and the sanitiser treats what is left. Mites return over time in Singapore's humidity, so a clean every 6 to 12 months matters more than any single visit.
Most of it. Urine that has soaked deep into the foam can smell again on humid days, so a mattress with a history of accidents may need a second extraction pass. Tell us when you book so we plan enough time.
